Super nice staff, Roger especially very helpful when our truck wouldn't start in their small parking lot. He went above and beyond to help. Our son and dil stayed for a few nts, found it to be a good value , and were very pleased with their stay, especially the exercise room. Only problem was finding a nearby restaurant on the weekend. Very nice helpful employees here.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The staff and even other guest were super nice to me, my son, and our frenchie!! 10/10 I highly recommend this hotel! Special shoutout to Jade and Zaria!! Thank you all again so much.

Extremely easy to get to, very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are as advertised. If you're willing to take the Metrolink and/or walk a little bit you can get to a ton of good stuff in STL. Take the train from the airport if you're flying in!

The front desk was so nice to us!!! We were traveling cross country, arriving late at night, and simply to have somebody treat us with absolute kindness after driving 12+ hours in a day was an honest delight. The room is super clean and comfortable, soft bed/pillows and ample sized bathroom. If we ever should come back to St Louis, we for sure know where to crash. Comparatively, it’s miles ahead of the $80-100 hotel/motel stock in the area. For sure it is worth the extra $20-40 based on the difference in overall quality.

Only issue was that there are valets out front they will tell you that there's no self-park option even though there is in the lot next door, billed through the hotel. The games downstairs really fun and free and nice, but the hallway to the room don't like something out of a horror movie a bit LOL

I loved this hotel and would love to come back. The staff went above and beyond and were super friendly. The common spaces were so cool and they had so many different seating and lounge spaces. I feel like you don't always see that in a hotel. It just felt so comfortable. The parking situation is kind of weird. They have a grave pay lot and a parking garage but those can add up. The parking on the street is free overnight but just be aware they don't have a free parking lot. I was able to park on the street for free and then pay the meter for the few hours I was there. Not a super big deal but it was just different. I had my dog with me and it worked out perfectly to stay at this hotel. I also loved the location. I felt like it was super easy to get around to different spots in the city and it was a pretty quiet neighborhood.

Great vibe in this hotel, rooms are not big and don't need to be. Coffee shop across the street but if want a real breakfast you'll have to drive. Self Park is $30/night.

I really can't say enough food things about this self-contained micro-resort! Firstly the root of any business is always going to be the people, and two staff members definitely need to be recognized, Genise (afternoon shift) and Zaria (morning shift). The customer service at this hotel was like something out of a story about when you walk through the door and when you come down the stairs in the morning. Everything else about it however, is super modern. Has a great area where my family was able to play board games and relax. Swimming pool is indoors and heated, and was wonderful to hang out by. The fitness room has actual free weights and enough room to move them, as well as a good cable setup, cardio machines, and bosu balls, bands, and belts galore. There is a protected sanctuary outdoor plaza ouside the pool & fitness area where you or the kids can be outside without being out of the hotel area. Upstairs there's a pool table and a bar with a outdoor deck balcony on the second story. The location is safe. Inside the hotel is very clean, everywhere. If you're going to come to St Louis for Mardi gras, a weekend getaway, or having to do business downtown definitely consider this place!

I’m really enjoyed my stay at Aloft. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and thoughtfully designed. Mine has a comfortable sitting area and a table, plus a mini fridge and coffee maker which makes it easy to relax or get a little work done. The open-concept layout with the bathroom works well and feels modern. The lobby area is one of the coolest parts of the hotel. There’s a fun, social vibe with things like a pool table and plenty of space to hang out. It feels lively but still comfortable. Everything throughout the hotel has been very clean, and the staff has been incredibly friendly. One of the nicest little touches was the cookies at check-in — such a simple thing, but it made the welcome feel extra special. Overall, it’s a really cool place to stay with a great atmosphere and a lot to do nearby. I’d definitely come back.
